I have stayed healthy via consistent stretching, strength training and regular massage and chiropractic visits. It is a great tool, however, when experiencing any kind of weakness or strain. Happy Trails!Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09694282497921681632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4898161099747580311.post-74762871966808905822015-04-13T11:17:15.558-07:002015-04-13T11:17:15.558-07:00It’s great that there are people who support you i...It’s great that there are people who support you in your endeavors. And it seems like you did pretty well on this run. Congrats! Anyway, are you still using the Kinesio tape? I think it’s a great way to help prevent muscle injuries, and it wouldn't hurt to be careful. Thanks for sharing, Maria. All the best!

Jacqueline Hodges @ Dr. Koziol
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07148314596439120992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4898161099747580311.post-64353757525980866592014-12-18T07:51:40.512-08:002014-12-18T07:51:40.512-08:00That kinesio tape does help a lot of athletes stav...That kinesio tape does help a lot of athletes stave off injury. Instead worrying about getting hurt, an athlete could focus at the task on hand. Most people would want to end their run "feeling great", but end up not doing so due to exhaustion and stress. At least you didn't have to deal with much of that. Take care!

Joan Stevens @ Stringer Chiropractic
Joan Stevenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08872198694397075690noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4898161099747580311.post-19569034680908076332014-08-12T12:35:16.358-07:002014-08-12T12:35:16.358-07:00Looks like this race is a tough one! Well, aside from exhaustion, which should be normal for any athlete, sensing pangs of pain while running is one thing no athlete would ever want to feel. Sometimes, we'd need every bit of assistance, such as this kinesio tape that you used, to push yourself to the limit. Who knows, maybe in the next race, you won't need it anymore. Good luck, and take care!

Alfonso Warren @ Arkansas Pioneer Chiropractic Health Centre
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12957250112247583106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4898161099747580311.post-85826814691441247642014-04-14T21:00:45.856-07:002014-04-14T21:00:45.856-07:00Great post and good run!
